Job Description:

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager II to support operational workflows, project coordination, and cross functional initiatives within a fast paced organizational environment. This role supports programs related to device and feature development and requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, setting timelines, coordinating contributors, and reporting progress to leadership. This position will play a key role in helping the team increase bandwidth for new and unexpected projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple ongoing projects and programs end to end
  • Establish timelines, assign tasks, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
  • Prepare status updates, reporting, and project summaries for leadership
  • Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and ensure alignment across cross functional contributors
  • Provide structured documentation, workflows, and consistent project tracking
  • Collaborate with global team members in a fast moving, evolving environment
  • Support onboarding processes, candidate interactions, and internal communications when needed
  • Ensure tasks are completed with accuracy, urgency, and a high standard of ownership

Requirements:

  • Strong Program/Project Management experience (4–7+ years)
  • Intermediate Excel / data handling capabilities
  • Ability to run meetings, manage complex workflows, and drive structured environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish
  • Ability to quickly onboard, learn, and execute in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively push project progress
