Job Description:

We are looking for a Project / Program Management Specialist to support field action execution and remediation projects by coordinating day-to-day project activities. This role ensures project records, compliance, timelines, and stakeholder communication are effectively managed while supporting product teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist MMS with Field Action execution, including customer notifications and acknowledgment tracking
  • Follow up with customers to address questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
  • Coordinate and supervise daily project activities to meet timelines and objectives
  • Create and maintain project plans with defined milestones and task ownership
  • Manage project scope and align with customer priorities
  • Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans
  • Escalate project risks and issues appropriately
  • Manage customer expectations related to products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and leadership
  • Lead matrixed project teams and act as an effective team leader
  • Forecast current and future quarterly revenue for assigned projects
  • Utilize governance tools (scope documents, status reports, risk logs, change logs, tollgates)
  • Support peer review and provide constructive performance feedback
  • Follow forecasting and backlog management processes
  • Collaborate across departments (TSC, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Apply industry-recognized project management methodologies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting project or program management activities
  • Experience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Exposure to customer-facing project coordination preferred
