Job Description:

The Project Program Management Advisor role at NTT DATA involves providing multi-project support for finance and accounting related to Microsoft Services and Licensing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide multi‑project support for program finance and accounting related to Microsoft Services and Licensing
  • Partner closely with client and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate usage tracking, billing, accounting, and contract compliance across multiple projects within a program
  • Provide finance and accounting support across multiple projects within a program focused on Microsoft Services and Licensing
  • Directly interact with multiple levels of leadership regarding client billings, payments, contracts, and related activities
  • Lead efforts to capture and track usage across projects to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in billing accuracy and accounting processes based on contract billable units
  • Own overall billing and accounting processes and respond to billing inquiries from client and corporate stakeholders
  • Manage purchase order renewals and contract terms
  • Partner with corporate procurement resources to support purchasing and renewal activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing, assignment, and reporting
  • 3+ years of experience with Ariba procurement processing and vendor management
  • 3+ years of experience using advanced Excel features, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and parsing multiple data sets
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple projects within a program while working with geographically distributed teams
  • 5+ years of experience developing customer finance and billing solutions that integrate with payment processing across business units
  • PMI certification required

  • Experience leading large Account Business Operations organizations
  • Experience in financial management, specifically P&Ls, budgets and forecasting
  • Experience in Program Management, exhibiting the capability to lead multiple projects across different IT service towers
  • Experience in leading start-ups of new IT contracts and/or services
  • Experience in managing IT contracts, specifically in support of Contract Modifications
  • Experience in managing teams and individual performers to maximize performance
