The Project OPS Coordinator is a pivotal force within Wrike's Customer Solutions & Innovation division, blending strategic support with hands-on execution to drive operational excellence. This unique role combines administrative mastery with project management expertise, ensuring our leadership team operates at peak efficiency while innovative pilot programs move swiftly from ideation to completion. You'll serve as the vital bridge between strategy and tangible execution, creating compelling narratives for company-wide communications and driving cross-functional alignment across critical initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administrative & Operational Excellence (50%): Take ownership of All-Hands meeting content prep & coordination, crafting compelling slide decks that transform complex strategies into clear narratives
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of quarterly leadership summits, managing agendas, facilitator support, and logistics
  • Provide high-velocity administrative support to CSI leadership, including ad-hoc reports, urgent communications, highly polished compelling slides for executive leadership, and critical follow-ups
  • Synthesize leadership discussions into actionable takeaways and maintain project health dashboards for early risk identification
  • Program & Project Management (50%): Drive execution of innovative pilot programs from inception to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional teams (RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Product), ensuring engagement and clear communication
  • Utilize Wrike to create project plans, track progress, and maintain accountability across all initiatives
  • establish standard work management practices for your department using Wrike
  • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks while providing transparent status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, particularly pilot programs
  • Expert-level slide creation skills with ability to craft powerful, well-designed presentations
  • High proficiency with project management software (Wrike experience is a significant advantage)
  • Experience creating and maintaining project health reports and dashboards
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • B2B SaaS environment experience preferred

  • Supervising the daily TUI operations at dedicated airports and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, efficient, on-time, consistent and customer focused Ground Operations processes and activities
  • Building knowledge of and using our in-house Departure Control System where you will additionally act as an escalation point for suppliers with advice and queries
