Project Manager

• Managing projects from inception to completion
• Ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations
• Leading contract administration and providing guidance to both clients and internal teams
• Programme management, risk control, stakeholder liaison, progress reporting
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout
• Managing client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes

• Demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge and experience of NEC contract administration is essential
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management accreditation desirable
