Job Description:

Lead the development of an award-winning platform and grow with a dynamic team in a flexible work environment. Our client is a thriving HR tech company, developing an innovative platform used by leading companies in Japan. Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Establish and maintain clear communication strategies
Implement project risk management plans
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers
Oversee design, development, and testing processes
Continuously improve engineering processes

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a culturally diverse team
A proven track record of managing successful projects
Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies with a focus of maximizing value output (e.g., minimum viable product)
Professional software engineering experience
Experience building new processes and building project teams from zero
