Job Description:

A dynamic, Sheffield-based construction consultancy is seeking a talented Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial, retail, and leisure projects. The successful Project Manager will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and overseeing internal teams and contracts.

Job Responsibility:

Leading on project delivery and internal team coordination
Client liaison and relationship management at an executive level
Contract administration and stakeholder communication
Supporting value management and engineering activities
Mentoring junior team members and ensuring delivery standards

Requirements:

Experience in project management within the construction consultancy sector
A construction-related degree (e.g. Construction Management) – preferred but not essential
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or actively working towards it
Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract project phases
Experience across commercial, retail, or leisure sectors
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead project teams
Contract administration experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
