Job Description:

A forward-thinking construction consultancy in London is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to add more value to their experienced team. The successful Project Manager will work on a variety of projects, including commercial, hospitality, residential, and healthcare sectors. These schemes will cost between £1m and £15 million.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a variety of projects, including commercial, hospitality, residential, and healthcare sectors
Responsible for the safe management and execution of project work in accordance with the client’s business processes and protocols within London

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
Previous Project Management construction consultancy experience
Chartered or working towards MRICS/MCIOB
Previous experience managing junior Project Managers (Desirable)
Client facing experience

Nice to have:

Previous experience managing junior Project Managers
