As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute projects that are critical to client relationships and business success. This role involves proactive project management, ensuring delivery of high-quality services, adherence to timelines, and driving successful outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities include account management, stakeholder communication, problem solving, and process improvement. Location in Germany, hybrid work model.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Managing customer accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
Planning and implementing projects or account-specific requirements to meet contractual deliverables and KPIs
Regular reporting and maintenance of account records using systems like Salesforce, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Interaction with clients to understand and fulfill their needs
Continual communication with stakeholders to update them on project or account status and to manage expectations
Identifying issues and opportunities for improvement within accounts or projects to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Independently manage all aspects of project implementation from planning to feedback collection
Drive project scoping meetings and update stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining budgets and profitability
Prepare analytical reports for quarterly and annual reviews
Specific financial tracking responsibilities and MI reporting
Facilitate on-site delivery programs and coordinate resources accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, particularly within industries such as HR-Services, Education, Coaching & Consulting, Professional Services and related
Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully, meeting all deliverables and KPIs
Familiarity with project management software, including CRM platforms like Salesforce
Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, crucial for project and client meetings
A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
