We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to lead and coordinate projects of moderate scope and complexity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across timelines, scope, and objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage projects within one primary business segment or across multiple segments and shared service teams (e.g., Software Development, Information Security, IT, Customer Service, Training)
Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, adapting standard templates and processes as needed
Identify project risks and issues, escalating appropriately with guidance from leadership when necessary
Coordinate across internal functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project execution
Track and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets based on defined requirements
Gather project sizing and estimation inputs from relevant teams to ensure accurate planning
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Procurement, Finance) to support budgeting, contracts, and related project impacts
Facilitate issue resolution, negotiate priorities, and manage conflicts as requirements evolve or scope changes arise
Make decisions within established methodologies and recommend solutions outside standard guidelines when appropriate
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant project management experience
Organizational & Follow-Up Skills: Ability to manage multiple deliverables, track deadlines, and ensure completion
