Job Description:

This role involves managing and educating installers, assessing project progress, and ensuring that all flooring installations are executed correctly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the installation of various types of flooring, including tile and LVP/hardwoods
Utilize knowledge of the flooring industry to monitor project progress and ensure it's moving in the right direction
Educate and guide installers on best practices and techniques for successful flooring installations
Use Accounting Software Systems, CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP for efficient project management
Manage customer interactions and inquiries using 'About Time' and 'Claim Administration' tools
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
Ensure all flooring installations are in line with industry standards and customer expectations
Handle any project-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Must have proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
Must be experienced in using Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting
Should have a deep understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
Familiarity with 'About Time' for effective time tracking and management
Must have knowledge of Claim Administration processes
Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and client interaction
