Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a contract position ideal for professionals skilled in leading cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments. The role requires expertise in formal project management methodologies and a strong ability to coordinate between diverse teams to achieve project objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards
utilize formal project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate project progress
foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
provide detailed reporting on project status, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders
implement Agile Scrum practices to enhance team productivity and project efficiency
ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle
identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project outcomes
facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues or roadblocks
manage resources effectively, balancing priorities to meet project demands within budget constraints

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional initiatives
strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum
PMP certification or equivalent credential in project management
exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively
proficiency in using project management tools and software to track progress and manage resources
demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project management
