Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee technical and process improvement initiatives within the machinery manufacturing industry. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, this role is a Long-term Contract position that requires expertise in managing complex projects, enhancing productivity, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Job Responsibility:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
develop and implement tools and strategies to improve productivity and streamline workflows
maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and adherence to project timelines
create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and outcomes
oversee budget management processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively
coordinate training sessions and support teams in adopting new practices and procedures
evaluate and enhance operational practices to improve efficiency and quality
manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements
use Agile Scrum methodologies to drive collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or project management
proven experience in project management, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry
strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
proficiency in documentation, reporting, and metric tracking to ensure project transparency
familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project environments
demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
knowledge of human resources administration and training processes
capacity to evaluate and improve operational practices to boost productivity and quality
