A growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its established project management team, delivering commissions across sectors such as education, residential and mixed-use developments. This Project Manager will operate within a professional consultancy environment, acting as the client’s representative and supporting projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
Job Responsibility:
Managing projects across the education, residential and wider built environment sectors, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost and quality targets
Acting as a key point of contact
Coordinating consultant teams
Managing programmes
Overseeing risk, change and governance processes
Chairing meetings
Preparing progress and client reports
Monitoring design and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensuring professional standards are upheld
Supporting the successful delivery of client objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a construction consultancy
Experience delivering projects within sectors such as education or residential
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
Sound knowledge of construction processes, programmes and project controls
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as RICS, APM or CIOB
