The Project Manager - UCC & Operator Connect is a hands‑on delivery role responsible for the detailed technical legwork required to successfully migrate the organization’s telephony estate to Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. This position supports the Project Managers by performing in‑depth data analysis, building technical documentation, preparing test plans, coordinating number porting, assisting with vendor and carrier interactions, and driving a structured, repeatable rollout process across business units.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of enterprise telephony: DIDs, number routing, SIP, SBC behavior, carrier porting rules, and PSTN fundamentals
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams telephony (Operator Connect, Direct Routing, Teams Voice features)
Proven ability to perform complex data analysis, reconcile datasets, and create structured inventories
Experience with test planning, cutover support, and phased rollouts in large environments
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and a methodical approach to technical execution
Ability to work across multiple teams and manage simultaneous technical workstreams
Nice to have:
Familiarity with telecom carrier portals, porting formats, and global numbering regulations
Experience with network troubleshooting tools and QoS/VoIP testing methodologies
Exposure to enterprise-scale Teams Voice deployments or UCaaS migration programs
