Job Description:

This role revolves around leading and successfully completing customer projects, assisting in the development of presentations and proposals, driving internal efficiency improvements, and mentoring other team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the creation and ongoing management of project plans
  • Execute project activities in accordance with implementation methodology
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings effectively
  • Manage the project issue log and drive each issue to completion
  • Conduct status reporting and client invoicing
  • Lead and/or assist in the development of presentations and proposals
  • Drive improvements across the organization
  • Support organizational initiatives
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of the capabilities and functionality of our solutions
  • Mentor and support other team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant in the Paper/Packaging industry
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
  • Sound knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in project management
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Database management and operations
  • Understanding of EO/IR systems and their usage in the industry
  • Proficiency in using 'About Time' for efficient time tracking and management
  • Experience with AB Testing and its application in project design
  • Knowledge of Budget Processes and the ability to manage project budgets effectively
  • Ability to ensure timely and quality Deliverable for all projects
  • Strong Design skills with the ability to conceptualize and implement project designs
