We are looking for an experienced Project Manager and Smartsheet Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist with optimizing Smartsheet usage and automation processes. This part-time position offers flexibility within Mountain Time business hours and requires a commitment of approximately 10-15 hours per week.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities using Smartsheet
Design and implement Smartsheet automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Provide expert guidance on leveraging Smartsheet’s advanced features to meet organizational goals
Offer training and support to team members on Smartsheet functionalities
Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of objectives
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks
Facilitate Agile Scrum practices to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct regular updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
Work remotely with a flexible schedule aligned to Mountain Time business hours
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Smartsheet, including automation and advanced functionalities
Strong background in IT project management and Agile Scrum methodologies
PMP Certification or equivalent detail-oriented project management credentials
Ability to work independently and effectively manage part-time workloads
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience delivering projects within a remote work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges
