Our client has been designing incentives and events throughout the UK and pride themselves on exceptionally high levels of service delivered with a personal touch from every member of the team. They are now recruiting a Project MICE Manager to join their team who deliver outstanding service, creative ideas and exceptionally professional meetings, incentives, conferences and events! You will handle corporate and incentive groups coming into England and Scotland from mainly Europe, South Africa, USA and South East Asia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the "middle-person" in terms of liaising with both the client as well as suppliers/venues to book services such as accommodation, restaurant dinners, tours, excursions, concerts, transport and hotels
  • Taking full ownership of some large-scale events
  • Detailed logistics and admin (as well as account management)
  • On-site event management
  • Taking briefs, assisting with pitches and client presentations, venue & ground services research, event management & complex transportation/coach transfer logistics (to/from multiple hotel locations), budget coordination, administration (reporting, filing, contract preparation, obtaining quotes, raising invoicing, client reports and proposals), site inspections, attending client meetings, post event reconciliation and account handling

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 year's experience working as a Project MICE Manager with a strong understanding of different international markets
  • Have planned and organised social events, excursions and transportation for large groups
  • Able to speak any European language and English fluently
