Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces
  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, and on-site construction teams
  • Ensure projects align with the company's "human-centric" design philosophy and core values
  • Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
  • Implement strategies that align with ESG principles, focusing on sustainability and well-being
  • Develop space plans & design concepts for office interiors
  • Prepare mood boards, technical drawings & material specs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces, FnB, retail & hospitality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • ID or MEP Mixed Background is welcome
  • Commercial, Retail or Hospitality Project Experience
  • ID Fit Out experience is a must
  • Site Supervisors are also welcome to apply
