Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for ERP transformation projects
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Lead and inspire project teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Effectively communicate project status, risks and issues
Understand and manage stakeholder expectations
Identify and engage with new stakeholders
Proactively identify and assess potential risks and issues

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations, SAP transformations or similar large-scale IT projects
Experience working in international and multicultural teams
Exceptional leadership and team management
Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in risk management
Global mindset
Functional and technical experience with SAP systems
