Job Description:

The Chief Business Office is looking for a Project Manager & Data Analytics VP to execute strategic and global cross-Markets projects. The role includes collaborating with markets products and clusters to reduce transaction expense costs, managing weekly expense reviews, and finding innovative ways to improve expense review processes. Additional responsibilities include managing implementation of global strategic projects, conducting advanced data analytics to identify opportunities, negotiating with third-parties, and presenting data to senior management. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management while gaining a strong understanding of various asset classes.

Job Responsibility:

Work with different asset classes to identify and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and performance
Provide data transparency to business stakeholders
Manage current Expense Management Workflows and find ways to improve current processes
Drive continuous improvement in our Markets business by identifying opportunities and implementing P&L improvement efficiency initiatives
Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Compile and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior Markets management
Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret industry trends
Leverage technical skills with advanced Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Requirements:

Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to compile and present complex information to senior audiences
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of Power BI and Python is a plus
Understanding of how to implement workflow tools such as Appian
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering or related field
Proven experience with 5+ years in a similar role within the financial services industry
