Job Description:

We are recruiting a Project Manager Coordinator for a German company based in Aveiro, dedicated to cloud integration software solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders
  • Logging of team, project, and customer appointments
  • Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings
  • Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders
  • Create presentations and project-related documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
  • Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team
  • Support in meeting timelines/deadlines
  • Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects

Requirements:

  • Initial professional experience as a PM or in a similar role (e.g. team assistant, project assistant, project management)
  • Already part of a technical project team
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • knowledge of modern development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Trello Jira) and O365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
