Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of strategic and operational change projects that bring Warrigal’s long-term goals to life
Shape project plans and define business-focused objectives
Manage timelines, budgets, and risks
Oversee every stage of the project lifecycle
Work closely with executives, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure each project is well-governed, clearly communicated, and delivers real, measurable improvements to how we work
Coordinate people, manage complexity, and drive change across functions
Support others by sharing project management expertise, helping build skills and confidence across teams, and contributing to a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience applying best-practice project and change management methodologies to deliver organisational improvements
Substantial experience managing projects in a complex, fast-paced operational environment
Relevant qualifications in project management
Strong understanding of organisational functions and the interdependencies between different business areas
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and engage staff and stakeholders, including building strong working relationships with senior leaders and external partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Advanced interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and guide them toward achieving project goals
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, and Planner
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to travel as required based on project scope
Current and valid driver’s licence
Nice to have:
Previous experience working in the aged care sector or other community-based service environments
