Job Description:

The role primarily involves working with Cogsdale Billing software and is a contract employment opportunity. This project should last 6-9 months in duration with the potential to extend. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee project management operations related to our Cogsdale Billing software
Handle data and revenue reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, generating detailed reports as needed
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements
Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues related to the systems under your management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and system performance
Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of our systems
Implement project plans, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary
Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations
Continuously seek ways to improve system efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cogsdale Billing software is essential
Ability to perform data reporting tasks accurately and effectively
Experience in Revenue Reporting is required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary
