Job Description:

We are looking to hire a high-caliber Project Manager with deep exposure to mobile application delivery in a service-based environment. This role requires hands-on ownership of end-to-end project delivery, strong understanding of software development practices, and the maturity to manage clients, teams, and outcomes with integrity and accountability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent client projects in a service-based setup
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across all assigned engagements
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimations, release planning, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain strict control on scope, change requests, and delivery commitments
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and architects to ensure technical feasibility
  • Review technical plans, validate estimates, and challenge assumptions when required
  • Ensure best practices in documentation, testing, deployment, and post-release support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement
  • Lead client calls with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
  • Manage expectations, communicate risks early, and drive transparent reporting
  • Handle escalations maturely while protecting long-term client relationships
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams with accountability and clarity
  • Ensure ethical delivery practices—no over-commitments, no shortcuts
  • Track performance, productivity, and delivery metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and delivery optimization

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a service-based software company
  • Direct involvement in delivery of 10+ mobile applications (production deployments)
  • Strong exposure to mobile app projects (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional delivery models
  • Fluent spoken and written English (client-facing role)
  • Demonstrated strong business ethics, ownership mindset, and delivery integrity
  • Experience working with global clients (US, UK, or similar markets)

Nice to have:

  • Background in engineering or hands-on technical experience earlier in career
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Exposure to cloud deployments, app store releases, and post-launch support cycles
  • PMP / CSM / SAFe certification (nice to have, not mandatory)
