Job Description:

Oversight and coordination needed? That's where out Project Managers come in. You'll use methodologies like Agile/scrum and Prince2 to define project scopes, set timelines and manage resources. If you see the project meander, you're there to put it back on track - never losing sight of effective risk management and budgeting.

Job Responsibility:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
GxP Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
