Project Manager - Financial Services

• Define the project plan for your stream of the repository program, including scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage the project lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring that development and implementation stay on schedule and within budget
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team consisting of business analysts, developers, and other specialists
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project status to both local team members and global stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet the quality standards and comply with the bank’s data governance and security policies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record managing IT or data projects in the financial services industry
• Experience with data warehouse, master data management, or large-scale repository implementations in banking
• Strong skills in project planning, execution, and control
• Proficiency in defining project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Familiar with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Good understanding of banking sector processes
• Excellent leadership skills
• Top-notch communication and presentation abilities
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders across different locations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field

• Specialization or training in project management
• Ability to bridge potential cultural or language gaps

Hybrid work arrangement is available – primarily working on-site with the possibility of some remote days once you are established in the role
