Job Description:

The IT Business Unit Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role requiring in-depth knowledge of disciplinary fields, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking, and the role includes an evaluative and risk assessment component.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Chief Of Staff on Budget, its maintenance, resourcing, resource time booking, and forecasting for the Retail Credit Risk Technology
track business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements
identify gaps
contribute to and/or create internal communications, including reports, metrics, and presentations
exhibit understanding of concepts and principles in own area and basic knowledge of other technology areas
apply comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas integrate to achieve business goals
provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations
assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and policies and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in a technology planning role
leadership and developmental skills
bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience
