Job Description:

Oversee and direct all project management activities for construction projects from initiation to completion. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, ensuring high performance and professional development. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure full alignment with client requirements, architectural designs, and engineering specifications. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with clients and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, procurement, and risk management. Assess, allocate, and optimize project resources including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and control costs. Coordinate with procurement and HR teams to secure required resources and project support. Identify project risks, issues, and constraints such as safety concerns, design conflicts, and supply chain disruptions. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project delivery. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and executives. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and productivity. Implement best practices, project management methodologies, and innovative tools to improve project outcomes. Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture with clear expectations and accountability. Stay informed of industry trends, construction advancements, and regulatory requirements. Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration at all levels
  • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • High level of organizational effectiveness with strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Expert in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and hybrid project management frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-vendor, and multi-geography programs
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle ERP), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration technologies
  • Experience in cloud transformation, technology refresh, and application migration initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC, data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions
  • Industry expertise in Telecom and Utilities, including Smart Metering and IoT projects
  • Strong governance, stakeholder management, risk control, and compliance expertise (ITIL, ISO 20000, PMP/PMI)
