We are looking for a Project Lead Architect to complement our friendly dynamic team in Dublin and deliver projects in the Education Sector across Ireland. Requirements:

  • Fully qualified architect with a minimum of 7 years full professional membership with RIAI/RIBA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years experience at Senior / Associate – Lead Architect Education level
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering inspirational teaching and learning spaces that meet the Department of Education standards and specifications
  • Proven project delivery in the Irish construction sector with an understanding of the statutory permissions (Planning/FSC/DAC)
  • Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, including BC(A)R process and acting as Design Certifier
  • Experience administering professional services and construction contracts including Public Works Contract Administration (PW-CF1 or/and PW-CF2, NEC4) and D&B contract
  • Ability to manage client relationships / client satisfaction, including large scale projects / programmes
  • Experience leading / managing project teams in the preparation of presentations, statutory permissions, tender and construction documentation / specifications, through project delivery and post-evaluation stages
  • Sound understanding of and commitment to sustainable building design and delivery
  • Experience delivering to Building Information Management (BIM) ISO 16950 standards with Revit capability
  • InDesign and MS suite capability
