This role will act as the key interface between BAE and Siemens, ensuring that scope requirements are effectively driven through structured sprint delivery using Siemens toolsets and BAE-nominated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). You will be responsible for managing and driving sprints to successful completion, ensuring outputs align with programme milestones and engineering governance requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the key interface between BAE and Siemens, ensuring that scope requirements are effectively driven through structured sprint delivery using Siemens toolsets and BAE-nominated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Manage and drive sprints to successful completion, ensuring outputs align with programme milestones and engineering governance requirements
Represent BAE Air within Siemens-run sprint ceremonies and delivery activities
Facilitate workshops and sprint events to translate scope into actionable deliverables
Drive scope requirements into structured sprint delivery using Siemens toolsets
Collaborate closely with BAE SMEs to ensure technical alignment and quality outputs
Maintain accurate records of sprint progress
Provide weekly and monthly updates into management governance forums
Ensure sprint outputs align to programme schedules and milestone commitments
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Teamcenter PLM, NX CAD, and Polarion ALM
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
Certified Scrum Master with hands-on Agile delivery experience
Knowledge of the Aerospace development lifecycle, including certification milestones (ASR, SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR)
Strong understanding of Digital Thread, Digital Twin, and MBSE concepts
Experience working within complex, multi-partner engineering environments
