In this position, you will play a key role in developing concepts, advising on decision-making, and managing the detailed engineering plans for projects. You will oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to costs, deadlines, and functionality requirements. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual with strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects with a direct impact on production or business outcomes
Conduct process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations
Perform feasibility studies for new plants or modifications to existing ones, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessments
Plan, execute, and support production adjustments and product launches
Develop and evaluate technical solutions, considering their advantages and disadvantages
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely and professional project execution
Optimize process flows and implement solutions while transferring know-how effectively
Requirements:
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, bioengineering, or chemical engineering (master's preferred)
Strong application of professional knowledge in day-to-day tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German
Highly independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Innovative thinker with excellent comprehension of complex contexts
Proven leadership skills within a matrix organization
Motivated and capable of optimizing processes effectively
Must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport
