The Project & Deployment Leader will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing global deployment projects in the cluster(s) according to the project methodology. The role involves managing dependencies, interfaces between projects and line organisation, and stakeholders, as well as managing time, cost, scope, and quality. The leader will also manage communication and perform project reporting, manage procurement and vendor relations, and support stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning, and communication activities. Additionally, the leader will coach and mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence, lead local projects if approved, and set up local IT support to the Meeting Places and offices in the cluster(s).
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organise and execute global deployment projects in the cluster(s) according to the project methodology
Manage dependencies, interfaces between projects and line organisation and stakeholders
Manage time, cost, scope and quality
Manage communication and perform project reporting
Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal procurement organisation and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor
Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning and communication activities
Coach and/or mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence
Lead local projects if approved and prioritised in the global governance structure
Lead the set-up of local IT support to the Meeting Places and offices in the cluster(s)
Support product teams and external suppliers with onboarding products in the Meeting Place IT network
Ensure support flows are defined and implemented for facility management-, safety & security related- and other systems utilising Meeting Place IT network
Lead IT support related incident escalations to resolution
Liaise deployment of global products with product teams, Country Digital and Meeting Places
Contribute to the performance in relation to set objectives & indicators
Contribute to driving consistency in ways of working and toolset and proactively contribute to evolving the digital organisation
Identify cross-team dependencies and work closely with other teams and stakeholders to understand and remove blockers
Requirements:
Knowledge of the business area and good understanding of how the products and services in the area are connected together
Knowledge to manage a solution life-cycle
adapting and integrating standard solutions through external suppliers, based on prioritised requirements, in an agile way
Understanding of dependencies between different business areas, their processes and the tools used
Knowledge of the customers’ whole interaction with Ingka Centres from first encounter to purchase – using digital and physical tools and platforms
Knowledge of how to create a place to meet, serve and entertain customers using digital and online tools and platforms
