Job Responsibility:
Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for project teams
Prepare stakeholder materials and meeting packages
Support cross-project communication and coordination
Assist with documentation and reporting for project milestones
Coordinate logistics for workshops and stakeholder sessions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
