Jones & Henry has an opening for a full-time Project Coordinator that will provide project related support to engineering staff related to general administration of projects and project documentation. All duties shall be performed in such a manner as to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and producing marketing material
Assisting in proposal preparation
Drafting technical documents in support of projects
Managing project files
Assisting management and staff with project administration tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and good judgment in prioritizing work while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and with a range of individuals in a professional and cooperative environment including working with Client Principals, Office Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and other office personnel
Ability to balance demands from multiple directions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of general office procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn other software packages such as eComm or other online bid document systems
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Knowledge of EJCDC construction documents is a plus
