We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Learning & Development (L&D) Professional to support the deployment of large-scale corporate learning programs. This role is a unique blend of program coordination, data analysis, and executive storytelling. You will act as a key support to the Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA), ensuring the seamless execution of quarterly leadership initiatives and complex learning solutions across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at juggling multiple priorities, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and possesses the 'analytical eye' needed to turn raw data into meaningful insights for executive leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Lead LSA in launching large-scale, pan-portfolio L&D initiatives and quarterly leadership development programs
Review learner consumption and success metrics
perform data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for annual plan execution
Translate complex findings into professional PowerPoint decks for executive consumption, ensuring high-quality 'storytelling with data'
Manage ad-hoc LMS (Learning Management System) requests, document meeting minutes, and track action items across various Centers of Excellence (COE)
Interact directly with internal business partners and external vendors to facilitate project kick-offs and onboarding
Identify and implement opportunities to fine-tune tools, forms, and tracking mechanisms to increase the efficiency of learning solution delivery
Act as a point of contact for daily escalations regarding course functionality and learner exemptions, liaising with technical teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field
7–10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on L&D coordination, project management, or analytics
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Familiarity with LMS systems and data extraction
Proven ability to analyze data, identify risks to project timelines, and suggest proactive solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to 'own their work' and present findings confidently to stakeholders
Nice to have:
An L&D-specific certificate is highly preferred
Experience with AI tools/Microsoft Copilot for prompt engineering and productivity
