Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Supporting Project Managers with scheduling, procurement, documentation, and resource allocation
  • Interpreting technical drawings and assisting with equipment lists and design documentation
  • Managing equipment deliveries to ensure timely on-site availability
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms
  • Monitoring project milestones and producing status reports
  • Proactively resolving issues such as delayed or missing goods

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role, ideally within the AV or technology integration industry
  • Understanding of AV systems and components (e.g., displays, control systems, conferencing equipment)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
