The role will include managing the procurement process end-to-end by sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods or services to meet the organization’s needs efficiently and cost-effectively, with regard to both internal and external projects, coordinating proactively with other functions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all procurement activities in several concurrent projects (internal and external)
Develop project procurement strategy to support project requirements
Define supplier lists based on preferred suppliers, project specifications and market conditions
Manage the RFx process and lead selection and award recommendation process within the project team
Negotiate contracts with awarded vendors in terms of commercial conditions and T&Cs (with legal dept)
Monitor supplier performance in terms of costs, quality and delivery times
Issue and keep the purchase orders updated in SAP and other company systems
Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience working in this or a similar field
Basic understanding of pressure vessels and custom engineered packages market and features
Basic understanding of engineering project execution and principles
Basic understanding of the typical P2P cycle steps
Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to changing scenarios
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English
