Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the construction/contractor industry. The workplace is located in Tysons, Virginia, 22182, United States. As a Project Assistant, your key responsibilities will be related to maintaining customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
maintain and monitor customer credit records, making updates as necessary
resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner
utilize basic office skills to manage and organize work effectively
coordinate meetings and set up conference rooms as required
conduct meetings with team members and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding
take appropriate action based on the status of customer accounts
ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the conference room after meetings.

Requirements:

Basic office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to operate standard office equipment
demonstrable ability to conduct meetings effectively, ensuring clear communication and facilitating productive discussions
experience in conference room setup and cleanup, and the ability to prepare the room for meetings, presentations, and other events in a timely manner
strong organizational skills with a proven ability to coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle logistics efficiently.
