We are looking for two motivated and organized Project Assistants to support a Lockbox Exchange Event in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is a contract position where you will interact directly with real estate agents, ensuring smooth check-in and lockbox collection processes. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic event environment.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist real estate agents upon their arrival at the event
Manage the attendee check-in process using an online system
Collect lockboxes from agents and place them into designated storage containers
Maintain accurate records and organization of collected lockboxes
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for event participants
Support event setup and teardown activities as required
Ensure the check-in area remains orderly and efficient throughout the event
Collaborate with team members to address any challenges during the event
Follow established procedures to ensure the security of collected items
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage schedules and timelines effectively
Familiarity with project management practices and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using online systems for tracking and data entry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced event setting
Reliable and able to commit to the duration of the contract
Nice to have:
Experience in event support or customer-facing roles is a plus
