Job Description:

The Project and Property Manager Administrator oversees the backend operations of our rental properties and fix-and-flip projects. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in both project and property management. You will ensure that all aspects of property management and project execution are conducted smoothly, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the marketing and leasing process for all vacant rental units, including scheduling showings and coordinating with potential tenants and housing authorities
  • Handle tenant work orders and complaints, liaising with onsite managers to ensure timely resolutions
  • Oversee financial management for rental properties, ensuring accurate tracking of income and expenses and maintaining up-to-date lease ledgers
  • Coordinate with project managers to track materials, bids, purchase orders, and bills through our CRM to ensure project timelines are met
  • Develop scopes of work for renovation projects and monitor all project phases for compliance with plans
  • Manage the payment and processing of invoices, overseeing accounting tasks related to fix and flips to ensure budget adherence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property and project management, particularly in real estate or construction
  • Strong organizational and financial tracking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with tenants, housing authorities, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage property and project workflows
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality property management and project outcomes
