Project Administrator role supporting senior staff and Project Managers across a variety of projects with full administrative responsibilities in a growing team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the project and field sales teams throughout project lifecycles
Handling client queries and service calls, liaising with suppliers and service providers
Sales order processing: raising purchase orders, acknowledgements, and client invoices
Job costing: adding supplier invoices to cost sheets and liaising with Project Managers
Preparing estimates using Excel and AQ (industry-specific software)
Managing deliveries and stock movements
General administrative support
Requirements:
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or technical support within construction, engineering, design, or interior design
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong numeracy and literacy
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Highly organised with a structured and methodical approach
Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Previous experience in CAD/Design
