Job Responsibility:
Managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence
Preparing reports, papers, minutes, and briefings to a high standard
Maintaining project documentation, records, and version control
Supporting project controls, monitoring progress, and assisting team members
Ensuring professional communication with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Contributing to the development and innovation of the Equip Programme
Requirements:
Excellent administrative, organisational, and IT skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management applications
