Job Description:

The Programs Ops Team Lead will be responsible for driving the operationalization of HR programs, transitions of work from programs to operations teams, and continuous business process improvement through business process analysis and automation. They will utilize data analysis to identify trends and patterns within business processes, provide strategic insights, and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring the team delivers accurate and timely support.

  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust to different audiences and facilitate strategic conversations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate risks and adapt to change
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic business outcomes
