Job Description:

Be creative force behind Growing Smiles Fundraising - drive marketing, growth, and community impact while helping local groups bloom with success. In this role, you'll be the captain of the GSF's marketing initiatives - developing and executing strategies that attract new fundraising partners, expand our brand reach, and help local organization succeed in their fundraising goals. You'll also provide creative direction, design marketing materials, and support seasonal operations to ensure an exceptional experience for every group we serve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead new customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and ads (Google, Meta, etc.), optimizing for performance ROI
  • Maintain and enhance the GSF website, ensuring it stays current, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused
  • Design digital and print marketing assets that strengthen our visual identity
  • Provide creative, direction and support for team campaigns and projects
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide continuous improvement
  • Support seasonal operations by assisting with customer service (emails/calls), administrative tasks, and delivery coordination during busy periods
  • Collaborate closely with the team - embracing our "3C's": Cooperate, Coordinate, Collaborate

Requirements:

  • Strategic marketing mindset with creative flair and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing and updating WordPress websites
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the organization
