Job Description:

The TTS Risk & Remediation Transformation Program Manager role will support the successful execution of multiple programs across Services, ensuring the delivery of strategic programs at agreed timelines that are driven by business goals. Applies understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Communication skills required to work across all levels of the organization. This role will involve managing risks, streamlining communication, and focusing on program execution within a large matrixed team.

Job Responsibility:

Establish and manage the program governance
Work with stakeholders to ensure scope is clear and deliverables and timelines are well defined
Develop and maintain a detailed end to end project plan
Monitor project progress and set deadlines
Prepare senior management reporting and discussion materials
Identify and manage risks and issues
Ensure optimal communication within the team and outside the team
Manage the budget
Evaluate Project Performance
Maintain lessons learned communication
Responsible for the management of significant projects with many dependencies
Identify and drive resolution of issues
Meet business objectives and work with project sponsor

Requirements:

Experience in Project Management positions, whether in IT or technical business areas
Financial Services, Markets or Banking background
Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-moving change environment
Strong communicator, written and oral across all levels of the organization
Resilient and results oriented, with the ability to influence positive outcomes
Team player able to bring together wide range of individuals in pursuit of execution and progress
Creativity, adaptability, drive, and decisiveness
Forward planning, and problem avoidance and solving skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
