Job Description:

Vanta is looking for a Program Manager, Upmarket Education to design, build, and scale a best-in-class education experience for our upmarket (MM, ENT, Strategic) customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer education, customer success, and premium support, with a mandate to create structured learning journeys that help sophisticated customers adopt Vanta deeply and confidently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build & Own the Upmarket Education Program
  • Create Scalable, High-Impact Educational Content
  • Plan and deliver custom training sessions for Vanta’s premium support and strategic customers
  • Work closely with Upmarket Customer Success teams
  • Partner with Premium Support
  • Act as a trusted internal advisor
  • Own strategic, cross-functional problems from definition through execution

Requirements:

  • 5–6+ years of experience in Upmarket Customer Education, and/or Customer Success, Enablement, or Training
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products
  • Proven track record of owning complex, strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes independently
  • Strong program management skills, able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders
  • Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations
  • Comfortable presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions

  • Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains
  • Experience building education programs from scratch or significantly scaling an existing one
