Job Description:

This is a senior-level Program Manager role focused on leading a large-scale Workday Financials implementation for a complex enterprise environment. You will own the program end-to-end from implementation kickoff through testing, cutover, and go-live, working closely with Finance leadership, IT, and a third-party Workday system integrator. This role goes beyond traditional project management and requires hands-on understanding of enterprise finance systems to guide design decisions, validate workflows, and drive informed trade-offs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the full Workday Financials implementation lifecycle
  • Translating finance business requirements into executable system delivery plans
  • Governing and holding a third-party system integrator accountable for design quality and delivery outcomes
  • Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and IT stakeholders
  • Managing program plans, milestones, dependencies, scope, budget, and risks

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise finance or ERP systems
  • At least two end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
  • Progressive career background starting in finance, accounting, or finance systems roles before moving into program leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required
