Job Description:

The P&TPM Quality Assurance (QA) Program Management Jr Analyst is accountable for end to Execution of Quality Assurance Testing on TPM Controls. The candidate will be Executing Testing Activities to meet the QA Objectives. Incumbent will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the P&TPM function and how these interact in order to achieve the overall QA objectives. A proactive identification of issues and an in-depth understanding of the business impact of issues along with root cause identification will be requires. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally as well as externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of the Quality Assurance on Activities Assigned.

Job Responsibility:

Quality Assurance
Testing, quality assurance, issue identification, remediation and reporting
Support Timely Execution of QA Activities for TPM MCA Monitoring

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in the field of Audit, Quality Assurance or Control Testing or Qualified Chartered Accountants
Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
Leadership skills with ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations
Cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills
Executive management presence and presentation skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present information in a succinct format to management
Attention to detail and ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, capacity plans
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
Proficient in MS Office applications
