Job Description:

The Third Party Management Business Activity Owner team (TPM BAO) provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes, and operating procedures to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.

Job Responsibility:

Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
Gathers program data needed to complete program plans and help create them
Collects program performance data
Tracks program issues and resolutions
Creates and documents the program Work Breakdown Structure
Updates program artifacts with approved changes
Gathers data to create program schedule management plan
Maintains program documents, including the program charter, communication plan and risk management plan
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

Proficiency in the Korean language required
Experience in customer service in the banking and financial industry is an advantage
Previous program management experience preferred
Bachelor’s/University degree
